sounds like your caliper has been fitted with an adapter bolt because its been refurbished at some point.
adapter bolts are used when the original bleed nipple has snapped and cant be removed. ...

fibreglass body filler worked perfect for me.
try it, you wont be wasting your time.

clicking noise sounds like worn cv id guess.

replace the c.v. boot asap.
i wouldnt drive the car until its been replaced or you might need e new cv joint.

take your old shaft to your local motorfactors, ask them if they can get it rebuilt...i know partco will do it.

if the outer cv is worn...u would usually get a clicking noise when turning.
if the joints are really fecked it sounds like a machine gun.

worn top monts ...u will hear it only when goin on a...

williams drive shaft are very rare as they are slightly longer than standard.
best option is to send your old shaft away for re-build.

take your old shaft to your local motorfactors , get it rebuilt.

you,ll pay atleast double if you buy from reno.

rumbling or humming noise sounds like a worn wheel bearing.
if its a worn c.v joint its more like a clicking noise when turning.

dont get a new unit...buy a re-con shaft .

ill have to disagree with that. imo van drivers are usually very expierienced and safe.
the worst drivers are boy racer types and pensioners.

21mm swan neck and allen key didnt work for me...had to get an impact gun for that job...
