What do people think about a map of the UK on the forum, with the location of members and/or thier cars marked on it. Like pistonheads used to have for the used car search. You could see where everyone was, who lives near you and so on.

Sure, stick it in Excel and link with Bing maps or whatever. Would work.

would be a good idea..don't mind doing it but will need some input of address how u want ur location to be viewed.. postcodes are quite precise.. and a little un-nerving possibly.. so how about home town/village and county.. along with name..

Good point re postcodes, the thought of somone being able to pin-point my cars exact location, isnt a great idea tbh. Town/village and or county is probably best.Quote:
