As my williams wont be travelling over 130mph... can i put a H speed rated michelin on with my V rated ones...? theres no reason why this isnt allowed is there?

You can put any tyres you like on it, as long as they are legal!

Speed ratings are irrelevant when it comes to being legal, its just size. You can't have different sizes on the same axle
