Wouldn't it be much cheaper and less of a shame doing it with a Valver? Although still a shame...
Unless you have a mint williams 1 I don't see any harm. Looking at the room you have at the back of the engine I'm surprised Renault didn't make the williams a 2.0 turbo 220bhp
Renault knew at the time that N/A power is superior so didn't waste their time with boosted shite :lol:
Would never have happened anyway, the Williams was built to satify the homologation rules for rallying & the class they competed in was purely for 2 litre naturally aspirated cars
The torque from the N/A engine is fantastic. Not sure if you would have that from a turbo. I'm no engineer but my GT turbo was fun in the day but the williams can pull low down much better than the turbo car. The weight to power ratio seems right and although 0-60 times are in the 7's I feel my cars are actually quicker when I drive them
