I'm rebuilding an F7R atm and have choice between 3 manifold, the 16v, williams or megane f7r.
I have found some posts saying the 16v manifold is a better performer overall, anyone know more on this subject?

From anything worth believing that Ive read over the years,
any modification's to air intake/exhaust from standard will all depend on a remap to show the results.:winkey:
Williams manifolds are only fit for throwing in the bin, F7P manifolds are optimised for torque but the megane is the best of the 3
I'd swear there are no cracks in my mani.
You 100% sure Paddy? If so i'll fit the megane manifold....
More people with experience?
it's a one time decision as i'll be retro fitting the exhaust to it
The only disadvantage I can think of with the megane manifold is having to do modifications to make it fit the clio exhaust properly
It will end up on a renault 9 anyway so exhaust is no problem. Guess i'll take your advice and try the megane manifold
