How long will it take to do all this?

Over easter i have to find the time to do the following:

1) Change Clutch + Cable. New box oil
2) Port match inlet manifold to the head and assemble it.
3) Rip of old head and install new one with new belt, timed up etc.
4) New oil, dizzy + rotor, magencores, super 4 plugs, fuel filter.
4) Replace hubs for valver items having had new bearings pressed in.
5) install valver shockers both front and rear along with new top mount kits.

Whats the book labour on all of this do you reckon? And am i gonna have a life outside of the garage? lol

Give yourself a week to be comfortable and stress free. You'll be surpised how many unforseen little problems you'll come up against, e.g. spending 1.5 hours removing one rusty bolt/being sold the wrong gasket/having to turn an awkward nut one click at a time, etc...

By the way you can save some money by not buying the magnecors and Super 4's. Standard leads work just as well, and multi-electrode plugs apparently just shroud the spark and weaken your bang.

Not really,

I would say 20-24hrs tops if he's taking the engine out.
Obviously not all in one go!

2-3 days tops, working around 10 hours a day...so pretty spot on with what mat said
