Decat question

On the decats that ppl have bought for their valvers or williams for that matter, does the exhuast end (as opposed to downpipe end) have a flat face on it or a a round flange coming out of it thats about 4mm long from the face of the mounting point of the decat, that slots into the exhaust?

My blueflame decat has a recess for the manifold flange to fit in - then at the rear a 5mm proud flange for the tailpipe to slot in.

you press the button that says print screen, its on the bottom right of the f12 button.

oops forgot to mention clipboard bit, is your decat got a flange or a flat face on it winston?

P.S it dont work when tryna grab stills from movies, ive tried many a time, think you need a video capture card to do that.

I thought it was odd that ktec try to prevent you from right clicking on their site.... wonder why they have done that? Anyway im using Firefox so just disable javascript if i need to right click to save the images.... or if u know the shortcut ket... :)

My supersprint decat doesn't fit properly. Am going to buy gaskets from Renault tuesday and see if they'll make a differance. Is on the downpipe end that it leaks. Although i've got the same gaskets back and front and i've since found out that there different.

If it makes no differance i'll order a k-tec stainless steel one as my supersprint one is mild steel.

My deact has the flanger, hehe on it, but I think mine was a Valver Williams onethat fit both?

Im actually considering making my own now, when you look at it its like 2 connections welded to the end of a pipe.

And ppl pay over 60 quid for these :roll:
