I no people always come on here and ask what a car is worth and I no its usually a case of "whatever someone is willing to pay"

But i'm after a guide price really and advice for when I sell to see if its worth me keeping or getting rid when I get a new motor...

Clio 1.8 16v
92k
Mot & Tax until Novemeber
Lady owner (hehe!)

Bodywork is clean as, and I have never seen rust on top or underneath which is why I payed over the odds for it in the first place

It's on immaculate 15'' Rims, Brand new Ktec Coilovers, has a refurbished box and new clutch fitted few days back from Transmission Specialists in Preston and is also as new inside... it's been serviced regualaly, flew through the MOT (i'll admit for a car that age I was shocked)

Would I be silly to be expecting about 2k-ish?

This is the car in question? Just wanted some advice from you guys really!!!

Am I being silly thinking 2k would be acceptable?

Don't know about the price TBH, but when would you be planning on selling - I might be interested?

What age is the car as that would help give a better guide price I would think.

Mish - your valver is worth 2k all day anyday. I'd advertise for 2200 or something, but wouldnt really let it go for less than 2k! 8)

Thanks Stew

I wouldn't let it go for pittance and I'd rather keep it. In no rush to sell but I would rather sell than not look after it if I got a new car. Everything that ever needed fixing has been fixed on it...cars been the subject of ,many rows as according to my dad "most girls buy shoes"
