I need to replace the CV joint on the passnger side of my williams 2. I found some places that sell them seperate from the driveshaft, but others who only sell the CV with the driveshaft attached sayin they cant be fiited on thier own. I've been quoted £20+ VAT for CV Joint and £50+ VAT for CV joint with driveshaft from www.driveshaftparts.co.uk.

Does anyone know whats the easiest way to do this? do i need to buy one with the driveshaft or is it easy enough to just fit the CV Joint??

Cheers!!

That price for complete driveshaft will be wrong, no way a williams shaft is that cheap, thats 1.2/1.4 driveshaft money.

Whihc CV joint, on whihc driveshaft?

I have no idea about part numbers or anything, tho i've been told by most companys that the CV Joints are the same on all clio's. I know the driveshaft is different. And £50 + VAT does seem too cheap.

All i really want to know is whether the CV Joint can be fitted easily on it own?
