oil temp and pressure

what are the running levels of these cause on mine the dials go through the roof (running real hot and at high pressure). any ideas?? cars a 16v btw

when the engines warm rough idea is about 3 bar at 70mph and 100 on the temp. it shud be at just above 0 bar at idle when warm n all. not off the scale!! :shock:

If the car is running without much problem and yet the dials are reading right up to the top; it might be sensor problem.

ive had the dials off could this be a problem. when the car is off they sit at the bottom still tho
