looking for names of estate agents in the Wigan/Warrington/Salford/Stockport/Manchester areas so i can have a look around and see what we can get for our money. looking at renting btw. (let us know where the dumps are too people). i havent got a job yet but missus is working centre of manchester so looking to rent somewhere in the surronding areas, it will be more than likley that my job will be on west side so any estate agents names arround there please....

you might be better off near bolton.

avoid partington and salford tbh.

theres some nice areas in atherton/wigan way, not too far from manchester.

manchester has a bad record for car crime, garage or out of town is the preffered option.

stay away from wigan unless u want a insurance claim for a missing williams.

anywhere up to £700/800 really (inc of bills and rates), i.e. we'd prefer to spend around £500 on rent and then on montly bills etc bout £300. just depends on the cost of living really...

South manc can be had for that dude. This (http://www.rightmove.co.uk/viewdetails-6132010.rsp?pa_n=4&tr_t=rent) is across the road from my gaff.

Sharston is a good place to look in south manc. As it's near Wythenshawe the prices are a bit lower, but we've had no trouble in 4years of living here since the roughest areas are the other side of the motorway.

Feel free to ask me if you see anything in Manc as I'll prolly know what the area's like.

Golborne's ok, there building shitloads of new houses round here, decent area and slap bang between wigan/warrington and manchester/liverpool also only a couple of mins from m6/a580
