I miss my williams :cry: tbh mate tried to buy bigjims off here but he wasnt having it, would only buy another one if it was really special, I reckon I will have another one though chassis is superb nothing comes close imo

thats ****ing lovely mate. i had one just like that before my cup then williams, same colour, same exhaust everything. love rst's, sound amazing and easy to tune for big bhp, but handling doesnt come close to the willy. :wink: my williams is going to be undergoing some more mods soon as u might of read and i might think of selling in another year so keep your eyes open. :D anyway enjoy the rs its a minter. 8)

for me it was a flip up between rs turbo or a williams i got the willy but look like u got 1 sweet lookin mint rs there m8 nice :)
i belive the willy will be more reliable for me (i hope)

Its a 3.5 inch system, 165 bhp @ flywheel had it dyno tested today! I was bricking it tbh! boosting @13 psi 8)

Its as good underneath as it is on top! Mileage is 61k not really happy with standard wheels, fancy superleggeras 17' gloss enamelled black or 17' rs diamond cut 7 spokes 8)

and whats the difference between the willy, handling, speed looks etc wise?

No I dont mind you asking how much I paid, it was alot! :oops:
My williams and my valver wrer on a different planet handling wise, havent really spanked the rs yet but I can tell I wont be throwing it into corners like my clio's! It doesn't have the same feel you have to be patient with it whereas clios stick in the twisty bits, power is great just comes in a big whooosh, spins wheels in 2nd, bit of a handful, I just like rs's but phase one clios look better 8)

I am so jealous. Love RS turbos. Still think about selling my williams to buy one. Did you look long to find it? Mint ones are very hard to find. White or grey are the only colours to have IMO and has to be 90 spec.

That is one beautiful car you've got there.

That's a real minter. Very clean indeed. A lad in the the next street has got a heavily modded RS. I was walking home last night, and he whizzed passed, flamer kit going. I prefer yours by far, even though the other one can toast marshmallows :lol:

Thanks for your kind words! I took about six months to find it got it from a guy in norwich, via the rs owners club lots of pics before I travelled down its a long way from glasgow! Flew down drove home, long drive 400+ miles but I was grinning all the way!

I think Iwill change the wheels though, thinking gloss black escort cossie rims I will keep originals though!

Dont do cossie rims they don't suit the car IMO. 16" mondeo Si rims is where its at (same style as escort GTI rims)

I keep looking at ERST and FRST's, and Cossies. Used to be bit of a ford nut, still secretly am, just theres so many shitters out there.

Still love nothing more then going to Ford Fair, IMO theres no other show to touch it, end of.

if u have to change the wheels get the rs 7 spokes diamond cut. they look mint on escorts. then get some low compression pistons and a newman cam from ava and get that power up to the 200bhp mark. 8)

Love it mate..

I'm looking for a mint standard one at the moment, don't want to rush though would rather wait and find a minter (either escort or fiesta) not to bothered... that looks immaculate and exactly what i'd be after.
