Never had any problems with mine, infact i'm putting it on the hybrid, although i did wear a hole int eh centre section cus it kept hitting the road, got a straight through centre section now :)

was spreakin to a technician at ktec. he recons the willy engine resonates the exhaust in such a way that it cause's the baffles to break up.

oh and cause of the natrually crap fit of the system i had to weld another bracket on wich voids the warranty!

Magnex all the way. Had 2 valvers and my williams and all have run magnex's with no trouble.
