Anybody ever used this? Is it worth using it? The old 4 branch is looking a bit lonely
Some says it makes a difference and turbo motors, but dont know about NA.

Had a quick look and found this:

I've got ceramic coat on my manifold. Brought the engine bay temperature down by a few degrees. Not sure if I got any performance improvement. But it does keep the manifold in superb condition for a long time. Quite expensive though, as it had to be sandblasted, coated and oven baked. Took better part of a day.

About £100 for a 4 branch IIRC.

Looks tonnes better than wrap, and works better too

I agree, heat wrap does look a bit shitty! But if it serves a purpose..... 8)

Have to admit coated looks a lot better than wrapped and at 100 pounds is not bad price too. But you can't beat the sheer wow value of grabbing hold a wrapped exhaust while at operating temperature. :D But was told neither gives much performance improvement for NA cars though.

Its fibreglass stuff, like loft insulation, effects the guys at work but doesn't effect me :D
