my car dusnt seem 2 warm up :?

i have to leave it runnin for around 15mins just sittin there on the drive for the needle 2 reach about 1/8th on the temp gauge....

if iv been ragin it for sum time and then park up with my engine running the gauge will read about 3/8....

if im drivin constantly even if im ragin it the needle pretty much stays at the coldest reading on the gauge

not sure if this temp is average or ok but seems abit 2 cold 2 me wot do people think???

could it just be the wether :?:

It will be the thermostat!

Mine did that, until i found out that the car had NO thermostat  , put one in and all is well.

in the stat housing on the rigth side of the head as u look from front of the car. whip off the housing n pop out old stat, new one costs cupla quid, pop in new one with new seal, do up bolts again and refil the coolant through header tank to right level. run engine with top off the header tank to bleed the system for twenty mins or so. look at lovely perfectly positioned temp needle in car. job done!! :D

quick pic of stat housing!!
