Standard for me..

If I didn't have standard, I'd be looking at Avo coilovers.

Standard setup for the road and for having fun around a track.

Coilovers for going fast around a track

I will be changing my current suspension which is K-tec ultimate suspension with 35mm lowering springs for H&R coilovers within the next few weeks. Should then be selling the K-tec kit if anyones interested!!

if you can afford H&R you cant go wrong

my mates golf sticks like shit to the blanket on the road and its retained the OE comfort aswell, its perfect........thats on H&R

H&R or KW are the only 2 choices before you talking big money...............Highly recommend them both!

For real-world bumpy corners, I think the standard suspension is just a about right for getting from point A to B quickly and comfortably. But if it was on a smooth track, I would have prefered about 1 inch lowered all-round with stiffer front springs and a strut bar. IMO, the standard damper rates are good enough.
