odd question i know

how can i find the location of a car by just its number plate?

anyone know of a way?

or at least who its registered to

i really wanna buy back one of my old cars but its been sold on again and again since i sold it and dont know how to go about finding it.

could be anywhere in england

isnt there like a dvla search or anything?????

any ideas anyone?

dont think you can find out who owns a car - data protection act and all that...Unless your friendly with a copper who might sort it out...

theres got to be a way!, cany i blag it with a phone call to dvla etc

well when i first got my Clio, i had no logbook, and the guy i bought it off wasnt the registered owner (VERY long story lol) and the DVLA wouldnt tell me who the owner was because of the Data Protection Act...I reckon the only way would be to get a copper to sort it out for you.

i thought u just had to pay £12 now
thats how private companys find u to fine u if u park on their land
