For your supersprint manifold m8....have u got a willy downpipe and de-cat, if so, does this not mean that the connection on the end of the de-cat would b different to the rest of the valver exhaust? Just need to know what else I need to get for when I get my supersprint. :D I know BBTP sell a de-cat pipe that can b used for both the 16v and willy.

Matty it depends which supersprint you buy, if you buy the one for you car then it will fit with no other bits needed. If you buy the wrong one, you'll need the apropriate decat/cat

Well, shortly i'll have a willy 3 lump, so it seems sensible to go for the willy supersprint, down pipe and get a de-cat that fits 16v's and willy's. Would it not b better to replace the whole exhast with a willy one or would this not fit a 16v :D

thought they're the same apart from cat/decat fitment?

yep got the valver for £900 :D no rust either... just polish it every so often to keep the paint sweet. need to get the bonnet resprayed as the colour is a little fooked on a small patch but thats it, not to bothered at the mo. gonna debadge the bonnet when i do get it sprayed...

matty if you get a williams supersprint you will also need a williams de-cat or cat. the supersprint comes with the downpipe to the cat.

exh from the cat back are the same so no need to change, it just the flange at the downpipe to cat is at a different position.

or just get a 16v supersprint and use your 16v cat and buy a 16v decat ? cheaper and AFAIK the supersprints are the same for each car, just diff flanges

this true mate, i always thought the valver was 4-2-1 and the willy was 4-1??

oh dear, did'nt know that, so they are basicly the same apart from the flange that meets the cat?? if so ill just get a valver fitment one then as this will also be the easiest for me.

Nice...as long as there is no decrease in performance, I will go for the 16v supersprint, otherwise I'll go for the willy one, seems pointless doing it otherwise.

Yes which is why you can use 16v or williams manifold on the conversion

I have a williams 3 engine
16v manifold
16v downpipe
16v decat

Just oredred a 16v ss supersprint from K-tec...so hopefully I should b able to get this fitted at LTR while my engines being done, as long as they delivery it in time! Sticking with 16v de-cat and magnex cat back.
