Torsion Bar Help URGENT!!

come on then how the living hell do i get a well stuck torsion bar out? i cant shift it for the life of me and its really ****ing me off

i've been trying for about an hour n a half n so far tried slide hammer, then the tried n tested technique with the big socket, after a bit this shifted it about 3mm, heard big crack n it had moved.

kept going but its just wrecking the nut n bolt, and then back to the slide again but this time its stuck fast!!

Get some heat on it. keep with the remover tool, use a good quality nut and bolt and get some leverage on it

plusgas is a lot better at WD40 for siezed stuff, use that
