Central Locking on lesser model

Whats needed to make central locking work on a lesser model? motors and looms in the doors are in place anything else needed?

make sure it can work as i tried installing a setup on a mk1 phase 3 and there wasn't a place for the central locking relay on the fuse board

well hes got the motors and door looms but it dont seem to work what is it that can make it work?

must be some kind of central control unit? i know me laguna has one not sure on clio

the control unit is under the cig lighter iirc
