how easy is it to change th dogbone mount? on a valver (95)

is this something i could do myself easily enough?

gear stick moves around alot when under accelartion and deaccelartion so it quite obviously the mount is the problem

can get one from motorfactors tomorrow and attempt it myself if thats a wise decission?>

thoughts....

easy, jack the car up, whack it on axle stands, undo the 2 bolts holding it to the car, take it off, put the new one in place, a bit of higgldy piggldy lining everything up, then bolts back in and do up, job done :D

yes coops it was very cold here in the midlands
but anyway ive done it!

£11.49 for the mount from my local PCS motorfactors

gearbox is alot better
still slight movement but i think thats just the linkage.

next up is a new alternator belt as this one keeps slipping and it getting embarrassing

worst of all when doing a 3 point turn the power steering makes it squeel like a wild pig
