URGENT! Busy Roads

Hi lads, does anyone know if the M1 going up to sunderland from the midlands is going to be busy? As in rush hour busy or are the roads ok on a monday

will be getting on the road for about 6:30, what u think?

Everytime i've been up the M1, from around the M6 area its been busy but flowing, and thats in teh day time

oo been an accident on the A1, never mind then :? cant be arsed just wanna drive flat out there and back 3 hours tops but not in them conditions i dont think
