i think im going to end up buying a new supersprint manifold as my car seems to be down on torque and i think this may be due to me using the standard valver manifold on the willy engine, problem ive got is do i get a ss valver manifold or get ss willy one? what will need to be changed with the willy manifold as im using a bb decat with valver mongosse system at the mo. what do i go for  :?:

valver one i presume as ur decat is valver fitment isnt it? i think the manifolds are the same except fitment to cat(well decat for most)

the BBPT decat can be used for both willy and valver

id say willy manifold personally..the supersprint ones look the bus. but dont really seem to releases the power they sposed to lol.

valver fanimold on the willy is jus plain wrong..unless u only like speed up to 60 ish......they rob so much mid and top end power its unreal.

Valver one is shit, well it was on my car, lost top end struggled to get over 60-70ish, when i Say struggled it obviously did go over 60, but sounded strained, notcied a bit difference changing back to the Willy one

I rate my supersprint highly, made a noticeable difference. Also 3 most powerfull cars on RR day all run supersprints

put a williams one back on and spend the £350 on a chipwizards remap instead of a supersprint u would notice more of a difference imo.

already got a hillpower remap mate, need to buy a wiily manifold as i never had one, gonna be remapped by nick again once manifold is fitted as it will probley make it run more lean than it is already... , big hp did u notice any real difference when u fitted your supersprint over standard?

as jim says...chip wizards re-map will be noticably better than the other options imo.

but ul b wantin a willy manifold and downpipe b4 that to get the best out of it.

the 3 best r/r printouts mite all have had supersprint zorsts....but how many chip wizards mapped cars were there?? and the chip wizards mapped cars show their true colours wen they line up against summat.....hehe

Mine was only chipwizard mapped car with a supersprint in top 3. RR's mean nothing though. Car flys on the road, plus it spits flames and thats all good LOL

So from what I've read, when I have my willy lump put in next week i'll b better of with a willy manifold and downpipe than sticking the valver manifold back in, as its quite power restrictive in higher gears? If this is the case...then i'll try and get one!
