Weird brackety type thing under the bonnet

Ok, I have a weird kind of bracket, down at the back of the engine bay, with what looks like an ARB going through it. It's above the steering rack gaitor if looking down from above on the passeneger side.

Not sure what it is, but the bolt is missing.

Can anyonbe advise? Forgot to ask the boys lastnite at the northern meet :oops:
