Couple of nights ago i noticed that my Valver was misfiring bad when i gave it alot of throttle,
And just recently it has become undriveable as it misfires very bad and has no power.
What could be the cause for this?
I have:

Cleaned the ISCV
Sanded up all earths
New plugs/leads/dizzy
New lambda (Seemed to get worse after changing it, may be me though)
Tried a new ignition coil
Left it uplugged for a while to reset the ECU
Had a new fuel filter

make sure your dizzi cap is fitted correctly mate........

do both the screws screw in properly aswell ?

i had bad misfire problems with mine once and it was the dizzi cap, well, the dizzi itself, the threads had gone on it meaning my cap wasnt as tight as it should have been

I undid the screws for the dizzy cap, and moved it and then did the screws up tight on the dizzy. drove it to work and it stil is misfiring. but not as bad, i noticed if you gently accelerate it goes through the rev range better rather than flooring it and constantly misfiring. Why would this be?

Check your injector plugs. Hard acceleration could be knocking them out of contact if they're broken, which they probably are. :P

check the gearbox earth(back of box near bulk head ) thats the one that can cause msfires.

Just checked and cleaned the injector plugs, and that made no difference.
I have done that one recently iirc
Could the rocker cover be a problem? if the gasket has gone

Shouldn't make any difference. Maybe its a fueling problem and the lines are not feeding through quick enough. Fuel pump?

Could also try another throttle body.

Exactly what happened after i washed my engine bay with a hose

But of course mine was moisture in the leads/plugs. Try looking for moisture i guess :?

In the end it turned out to be the rocker cover gasket.
Was leaking oil onto the plugs thus causing the misfire.
Been fine for quite some time now, lol should of concluded the thread.
