All it takes is a weekend to spare and four cans of spray...
They were in an bad condition

Luckily for my there weren't any parts missing...
They were just corroded (you know, that white stuf under the laquer)

Start by removing the old laquer with a blade (or so)
Then use some sandpaper.
First with numbers 300ish for all of the surface
and finish the lipp with numbers up to 1000ish

The best part is when you finish and have the satisfaction of a nice result
+ that you speared your self 100quid for a refurb :wink:

Naples_16V you've some serious work there :shock:

I only did half of that and no primer :oops:
Me think's it must have been your pics that gave me the hint to it :P

mate why are there bolts coming out of your rear wheel axels and not in? Spacers?

I use spacers for my everyday wheels,
but removed them from the front axel in order to replace them
with longer ones.
