There are a few people that have started to put it into the box where the washer bottle and fuse box is.

I think I remember discussing this will Nick Hill a few years ago now, and I seem to recall temps of around 10 degrees lower than in the normal position.

Certainly over here where the temps are friggin freezin, I can confirm that the last peice of snow of the bonnet to melt when the engine is running, is exactly in that position.

Hill Power do these as kits now i think.

If you want to feed cold air to the oem airbox,
you don't have to take the fog light out.
Instead untap the hole next to it and that should be enought.

I did notice that little bit of plastic was just waiting to be taken out ;)

Good options everyone, keep em' coming so I can decide what way i want to go :)

that hole is too small for a decent feed though, demon tweeks sell scoops that fit perfectly in the fog hole and take a bigger diameter feed straight to the box

If you use the std route, you can't use more than 80mm (=3")
I remember trying to find a better route, but...
Got any suggestions m8 :?:

Make a bigger hole in the arch liner

I've removed it :P
Still it's route is very narrow

i have tried the plastic insert in the bumper and i found it hard to route the pipe, i know hill power does a scoop you fit to the bottom of the bumper, by the rubber spoiler. looks like a fog light casing or a scoop you would find on a hoover.

I have mounted a fiberglass scoop into where the fog light went, and put a pipe from that into the airbox.
