Outside temp sensor

My outside temp sensor has decided to add about 10 degrees onto the actual temperature. It's strange cos it's fine when I turn the ignition on, but as soon as I start her up it's wrong again! Anybody else had this problem and how did you rectify the fault?

not had this problem but mine reads -30 atm :lol:

think it needs rewiring but not sure how 2 do it

If it reads -30, the sensor is either broken or not connected.

ye think the wires have come out! aint got a clue on rewiring them bk up though :roll:

It's weird with mine, sometimes it's reading correctly and then next time I get in it's reading about 10 degrees higher??? strange...

It also seems to do this more when it's wet!! Can't be arsed messing around with it so think I'll leave it
