No chance of me affording that either.

But when I did go, it cost me about £600, for 3 nights in a decent hotel, petrol, food, beer etc for 2 of us driving a MK1 astra turbo (gives you an idea on petrol costs) and that was driving from Manchester (cost you less if you live closer to Dover)

£1k seems about twice as much as it actually costs.

Am hoping to do a long weekend at the ring around that time of year also before the rx7 goes. I'm planning for £600, but a £1k is a bit too hefty ....
def have to do the ring at some point though, no point waiting either

1k seems a bit much.
£60 a night for a twin/double room (thats a nice hotel with breadfest or what the Germans call breakfast) £50 for a single.

Fuel depends I spend £300 in the Williams getting there back with afew days at the track.
£60 for the Ferry.
Food depends where you go sat £25 a night including bear (its cheap beer over there)
Amazing track how anywhere in the Uk can claim to be a mini ring is a complete joke the rings superb only problem is Clios bnever stand out there usually lines of new GT3RS there.
