What will fit a clio

I BELIEVE that the 172's run a 'lightweight' f;lywheel weighing 7.5kgs....but surley thats about the same weight as the std clio one.

stnd is around 7.5kg. mine weighs about 5kg, and thats the most u can go really....trigger pattern has been removed aswell.

remember whatever fly u go for has to be compatable with you managment

Management?

Trigger pattern, do you mean the teeth around the edge? If so how does the starter motor work?

yeah the trigger pattern for your managment also runs on your fly. the metal cubes that run round the parameter, next to the ring gear...

so a 172 wont be compatible, the same as a meggy f7r one being different, hence you change the fly when fitting to a clio

Ahhh, so thats what the two rings of teeth are for

hmmmm......there must be quite a variation in weights of std ones then. mine weighed 6.2 kgs with all bolts IIRC
