Thats the rea of teh front disc rather than the rear disc....and why are the new discs smaller than the orignals

there exactly the same size mate, if it doesnt looks so in the pic its an optical ollusion. the new ones are 260mm

went to halfords today for new discs, n what do they give me? bloody 260mm ones for a williams, no good to man nore beast!!i need 238mm for me valver muppets! rang n checked before going n all, got there, wrong discs!!!and mot in the morning so old ones on and fingers crossed! :evil:

nah, they b reet, still at bout 19mm thickness n i know the guy so shud be fine. i just had calipers apart today for cleanin n thought new discs wud go a treat!!! and the old ones are bit warped, got the old brake pedal shudder goin on!! :oops:

You see the thing is they gave you valver discs, williams and valvers use 259mm discs, RSi and R5 GTT use 239mm discs

IIRC calipers are the same, its just the carriers that are different, pretty sure that all teh discs for the mk1 clios are the same?

they are definitely the 258/9mm discs mate on the valver AND williams, they use the same discs

i aint got any ring spanners in mine, bloody wounding that, good job had all me dads to nick! i got loads of open ended but ring ones are irreplaceable for loads of jobs!!

went in yesterday 5/206 sunday and a set (looks like a full set) are on offer at moment it was only a glance but they were £29.95 now they are £16.95 shure of it (or £26.95) i might be wrong but if you after them worth a look.. they were in a roll up hold all..

i only got 3 with the set i got and you need to leave them in oil overnight to lub them up :) .. the 150 set was not in maybe it was end of line they only do the 120 now
