Wont Start???

Ok then got my gunner chip fitted to my ecu for obvious reasons, fitted ecu and turned ignition over, fuel pump didnt turn on and all i got was repetitive clicking. i managed to sort that by earthing a relay but the fuel pump still wont initialise even with the original chip in. any ideas people? ive checked the fuses aswell and there all fine, ive had the negative lead off and on, nothing else i can think of, it turns over but dont start. fuel pump wontturn on now but did before! HELP!!

it was fine previous to the chip swapping though....

it cud be worth a check tho, if everything else is fine like cant think what else it cud be!

when stuff gets unplugged n plugged back in tends to go wrong, i had same with my ISCV was fine when it came off, put it back n was fooked!!

That'd be my guess too.

AFAIK Gibbo's tested these fully and as all willy ECU's are the same i can't see it being down to that.

sorted it now! was a repetitive clicking at first, earthed relay and that stopped it but then started blowin fuses, removed earth and fuses stoped poppin then started workin!! sorted and chips fine!!
