How difficult are these to change anyone?

Or how much should I expect to be paying to have them done, labour wise?

Depends which type you have...i believe female ones are easier to get off (!) but male ones can seize fairly solid.

Hour max for bothto be removed plus trime to re-track it afterwards i reckon...

other way round, male are easy, female are bloody awfull.
