the only way to get a willy shell is to use a willy shell, there is a lad off here that has had his sunroof removed on his 16v but that looks like a lot of effort

no i have a willy but as you have probably already heard about mine though reg no m9 msh its not stolen or a ringer but it was reshelled in 96 and the garage did not stamp it [ this car has been checked buy the stolen car sqauid last week and i have all the paper work} the cops said i can get it stamped but i did wonder if it woul be better to reshell it !

ah i see mate! so did you buy it knowing it was reshelled??? also i see ur plates on an m reg so i take it that its a willy 2???

just get the original VIN stamped on the shell mate, lot less hassle
