30mm rounds was designed to pierce light armour and solid walls. On human target, it will not be pretty at all. I have seen what 20mm can do to a person (short story: it was an accident investigation in tank brigade many, many years ago). Suffice to say, I have not seen deformation like that on any movie nor news program since. And yeah, we used to hate those flying tank killers because they were too damn good!
