Did Cossvaux do any tuning to the last engine? Or did they just get the flet-tip pens out on the rocker and inlet. Urgh :shock:

sanded it down smooth, got rid of the rust then painted it black with some of that stupidly high temp paint! 8)

doh, just realised u meant inlet!! i did the above to exhaust manifold, inlet was second hand one i got off ebay n just took the power sander to it for few hours!!!

is it the same with the rocker and cam belt cover?

yeah mate just power sanded, not polished smooth as such so got like a brushed metal effect n then gone over with metal polish to try n keep the finish! gonna take a bit of lookin after tho i bet!!
