Water in footwell behind drivers seat

I have just discovered water in the footwell behind the drivers seat. Does anyone have any ideas where it could be coming from?

check ur windowscreen rubber along the bottom, you will probebly find it needs replacing, if its loose water will get him there and land by ur footwell, to keep water from there make sure ur window wiper is covering the loose bit until u get it fixed, u can get the glue to put it back together from halfords mate

Yea its behind the drivers seat. And i havent got a sunroof. It is really strange!

remove the centre console, remove ariel, clean and reseal with silcon.

but dnt the aerial sit above the front of the car?

I think water is somehow getting on the rubber seal that goes around the door opening and dripping off around the middle and going under the seat....thier is a small gap under the beams which u bolt your seat to which helps the water transfer from the middle to the back or front.

What about the rear quarter window seals. Do these tend to leak?

Mine do if you spray them with teh hose, best thing is to get a mate in teh car and spray around all teh suggested areas and get him/her to let you know if any woater is coming in

Take a look on the rear lights. Take them out and bolt them on carefuly again...

Have a look at the rear windscreen washer pipe, i think that goes near there, could be leaking perhaps?
