i was wondering about an order of 5 litres of the silkolene pro s! but i dont want to put it striaght into my engine, i want to run some cheap shite oil through first to flush some of the crap out of my engine after the rebuild!! whats the best way to go about this and for how long should i leave the sacraficial oil in for? what oil would you recommend for the flush and what pro s? 5w-40?

can you give me a quote for 5 litres of the silkolene and 5 litres of crap stuff n all!!with postage mainland!

i would also like to do a bit of a flush too mate! i shall keep an eye on this thread! as im not 100% sure what oil to use! i know halfords have half price oil at the mo! might be an option! still £15 tho!

in fact tesco oil is cheap as chips!!
