Squeeking Noise when cold

This only happens when cold but when I turn the wheels (left to right) sometimes it sounds as if the front wheels are Rubbing on the fan belt or similar and there is a squeeking sound until i move the steering wheel back to the centre?!

Only does it when cold and once the cars warmed up i have full lock both ways no problems...

any ideas what it could be and a way of solving it?

aux drive belt, slipping when power steering pump is pullin torque i.e when u turn lock to lock!!

tighten it up!:D
