No power

Ok drove my car to work yesterday switched on wipers they went half way up screen and stopped.
Though weird but carried on parked at work locked car, came back out to drive home later that night nothing works battery seems flat tried jump starting but not even any lights on dash!
Only thing weird was funny smell on way to work car still in carpark no idea whats wrong
Please help hoping just battery

Worth checking all the earths, and the fuse's if you haven't already

Check the relays as well.

I turned the key to start my car earlyer, and it all just cut out, no nothing. turned out the engine had knocked the battery terminal off, for some reason its really lose, i just pushed it back on and all is well now
