The UK part of the journey was so 8) 5 hours to folkestone and was takin it easy.never was over a tonne.only had to look at a chav and they were lukin for a dice  one particualr one down fatboys way in Kent

got held up at the chanel for 4 hours by eurotunnel.what a shit place to be.not even an internet point so I could get in contact with nickfr.

Arrived in france at 3 in the morning and was already behind schedule.gunned it for the border to make up time.got a dodgy tank of fuel and the car felt like she was running lean in the Alps.cured up after a another tank.

by the time i reached italy I was wrecked tired but could only think about getting home.did so but rather slowly.

got to know the car a lot better and didnt even bother turning on the stereo as the engine was sounding sooo sweet.

good drive but would rather have done it with another driver and also more free time.

Got some vids but yet have to figure out how to edit them all together.

Did some work on her while i was there and (just a week)cleaned up the rear torsion bar and exhaust heat shield.threw out the spare tyre,cd disk changer and alarm siren to loose some weight.

that cage looking thing is a dehumidifier thingy that should in theory keep the air dry inside the car.wonder if it works?

the bike is a duc 999s and it goes like fook  as i'm sure Zollo knows.

lads do a euro trip in the summer and head for the alpine passes.its fantastic.I had rain fog ice snow and shitty fuel to contend with but it was worth it.and you know i fell in luv with that car all over again

glad to be back home at least i have internet and the forum to pop into form time to time.

see ya later.

I love driving and drank loads of espresso coffee on route. They even offer free coffee after midnight in Italy on the motorways to help drivers during the night.

Never got pulled over but I tell ye there was some crazy mo fo of a copper on the M20 heading towards folkestone and he must have been doin 150!I was sticking the camera onto the top of the dashboard and he went by so quickly I didnt get a chance to film the ****er!

It was the first time I got to drive the car for any real lenght of time and i just loved to hear her when she growls and whines around 4500rpm.God I miss that sound already.

Still got some work to do on her and may yet decide on modifying her a little but thats for the holidays now.

Couldnt have done it without the support and help from you lot in the forum.Thanks.
