rear drums stuck

my friends sister has a clio, s plate i think, has got rear drums, but are locked on after not being driven for a few days, cuse of snow?

any ideas she wants me to av a look, but i dont jus wana remove the bastard hub type thing that cover the horrid rear brakes!!!

big hammer and twat the outside of the drum (not too hard like but dont tickle them) also handbrake on and off to see if it frees them, if not its strip down time unfortunately

drop the handbrake off and just try pullin away, my mams rear drums on her cav always do that after cupla days, so i just drive it off!works a treat!no damage done as yet n been doin it for 5 years! :D

do as above but use reverse,

Take handbrake off, select reverse and they should free. Always works better than going forward

Its a common prodlem unfortunatly.
Thats whay they clean the drums now in the service.

sorted, took some bashing and a good bit of reverse driving

got £20 a bottle of aftershave for me and a bottle of perfum 4 the missus!
