Removing CD Holder

I have a JVC head Unit and a 8 Disc Multi player....now when selecting the CD function nothing happens apart from an error code E3. I have tried ejecting the cartridge using the eject Button and it refuses to come out. HELP PLEASE......this little selector arm just clicks in and out but nothing happens......can you tell I am not technical :oops:

there is usually a little pin hole by the sliding tray
turn ur cd player off and put a paperclip into the hole and it should open it up dude, it presses the release button manually when u insert the clip

have a look on ur pc tower...there shud be one by ur tray there also, just look for one of those

and u shud have one on your williams cd player
