Knocking when turning left

After I fitted my new tyres yesterday I was driving home and when I turn left its knocking. Took the wheels off to change the pads today and had a good look round and I can't see anything loose. Could it be the top mounts that are knackered?

I also thought maybe its the diff as the box is whining like a bitch at the minute, but why would it only happen when turning left?

try turning right fella see if it happens then :D

maybe wheel bearing or cv joint?

I checked the wheel bearing theres a bit of movement but it doesn't seem enough to cause the vibration.

How much are they for a set I might change em anyway
