That is ace. That is how to do things properly!

Wonder if there is any reason why they paint the interior white rather than bue etc?

they paint the insides white to quickly highlight any oil or fluid spills.

they do the engine bay and boot aswell.

stitch welds instead of full seam welds means the same strength but less weight.

The scoobs are nice and easy to strip etc. The brakes lines run inside the car as standard.

I always try and get peopel to get their cars stich welded or even spots double up.

Best improvement in handling and ride you can do to any car!

the R clips on the exhuast are a nice touch.

True - i noticed the clips - thought it was very clever and the hangers are made from hollow tubing....class.

Like the way they have removed the roof skin so they can weld the roll cage...thats commitment.

Wonder what a preped shell weighs in at.

well if the base shell stripped weighed in at 1000kg's then a prepped one would aim for a 1200kg max.

and 43! 'rally cars have no air conditioning system' duh!!! cant believe they have to explain that to the yanks! talk about no racing pedigree!! :lol:

thats a good idea, i might do that when i take my engine out this weekend...cant do no harm and will match my white rocker cover
