Wishbone bushes

How in gods name do you get these out?

Tried big hammer, plus gas, big hammer again, heating the widshbone up to expand it, and big hammer again and they ain't budging

socket and vice/press. if it wont budge u may have to destroy it

u could just buy new wishbones with them fitted.....

I want to put powerflex bushes in there.......

Will take them to my local garage and get him to press them out, guess its the same process to get them back in?

Oh, aye. Right JAMES HUNT I tell thee. Put powerflex bushes into the wishbones on my 5. Never again.

they go back in easy enough. I tack weleded the outer metal bit in there for safety.
