yes you have to sorn it.

it doesn't matter on the cars age if you have to decalre it sorn, any car has to be declared sorn.

Who is it that monitors/comtrols or issues fines in the UK for vehicles that are declared sorn'd and driven on the road?

And unlike a TV licence where you stand a chance of getting away with it, this system is lethal, effective and you will be fined £100

naturally you cant decalre it sorn and leave on the road.. make sure its on private land or else it will be liable for crushing or seizing.. and you a fine...

neighbours have a tendancy to grass for no tax. Mine tried to grass on me. lol car was on a private unadopted road.

lol......yeah had probs with the adopted road thing a few years back......even tho the land the mini was on is actually on the deeds to the house, the council adopted it, without askin any fukker, years ago.......which then robs me of my land on the deeds ......robbing cunts..........mite take all the tarmac off n take it back to the cobbles.......will be un adopted and back to my land then

yep thats right! once its sornd thats it! you get no more reminders from them to get tax or sorn it again! you dont have to sorn every year like.. but to re-tax the car you have to pick up a form V11???? or something like that at the post office.

Nope.

You need to SORN it every year and you should get reminders.
