What work is involved in getting a Megane F7R to work properly in a valver?

Am i right in thinking that the head needs machining to accept the distributor assembly?? What other work needs doing?

Ebay one? Will probably go for more and seller has habit of pulling near to auction end if it is not reaching enough money.

Basically believe dizzy part to be true, unless you use your 1.8 F7P or a willy F7R head. Flywheel needs to be removed and use the Clio one instead. Then do all work on engine whilst its out ie cambelt and idlers, water pump, clutch, all those that will cost you an arm and a leg when engine is fitted.

Sure there are better explanations which have been asked and answered on here before. Have you tried searching?

yeh it was the ebay one i spotted..If the head needs changing, i probably wont bother bidding, as i have got my F7P head but its on 145K miles!!!

Am negotiating with a guy on Cliosport about buying his completely rebuilt F7R at the moment as well, so may get that instead....

cheers for your help mate.
