Had Philips Vision Plus in there for a couple of years until one blew.

Thought it woudl be much harder to replace them, 10 minute job.

Plumped for these which were best price off ebay, arrived quickly and although worried about extra draw of them seems to work much better than the Philips:

Was tempted to try the Philips GT150s but thought would try these 1st at near half the price. Recommend them.

UK Legal maximum wattage 60/55 watts i think which is why those would be better, because they are more powerful and not for road use

I have some ozram ones in at the moment the pure white ones, and before that i was using the other ones that the ebay person sells

They were nice but i went through about 3 sets in a year so stopped using them, but then again i have already been through 1 set of ozrams this year too :S

Had them in my old headlights, very good.

100w bulbs are illegal but they still aren't as bright as most modern days headlights, especially xenon ones so you don't get any grief from the coppers.

Need to get a new set of 100w ones for my angel eyes I think....

Yeah HID lights seem really bright so think these are a good idea whether legal or not.

As long as they don't dazzle, seeing where you are going and to be able to avoid stray animals, pot holes etc can only be a good thing.
