anyone notice if tea in the morning makes u feel tired?
I allways have coffee in the morn, 1 suga, milky, feel right as rain, had a cup o' tea friday morn and couldnt keep my eyes open.

Went to bed same time as i allways do, woke up same, time, only think i did different was have a cup o tea, and i felt proper tired!

plus caffeine is a stimulant mate, so its gonna make you less tired :roll: :wink:

yer but i woke up feeling fine, had a cup of tea, and felt soooooo tired.
And there is caffeine is in that, not as much as coffee granted but still in there.

Had to have 3 red bulls on way to work to keep myself from dropping off
